La Vierge Oursin

She is the demon princess of a cold and sunless plane, meandering about her cavern kingdom hidden deep beneath an infinite and ancient sea. The Virgin rules over countless drowned and bloated corpses brought back to undeath through the forbidden art of necromancy.

I think that's it for this one.

I may come back to her sometime, but aside from additional background details (which isn't really the focus here), I don't really see what else to do.
